Your words, sorted from A1 to C2 automatically
If you have ever prepared for a German exam, you know the question: "Is this a B1 word, or can I ignore it for now?" Textbooks answer it with fixed lists. KorrektWort answers it for your words.
Every word gets a level, automatically
When you add a word, the AI does not just translate it. It writes a full dictionary entry: meaning in your language, the der/die/das article, plural, example sentences, a memory tip, and two small ratings that turn out to be very useful:
- a CEFR level from A1 (beginner) to C2 (near-native), so you instantly know how important the word is for your current stage;
- a frequency rating from 1 to 5 stars, telling you how common the word is in everyday German.
You see the level as a small chip on every word card. A quick scroll through your library tells you immediately whether you are collecting the right words for your level, or hoarding C1 exotics while missing A2 basics.
Review exactly the level you need
The real power shows up in review. When words are due, KorrektWort shows you how many are waiting at each level, and you can choose: review everything, or focus only on your B1 words because the exam is in three weeks. The spaced-repetition schedule stays intact either way; you are just choosing which lane to drive in today.
Why automatic leveling matters
Doing this by hand would mean looking up every word in a leveled dictionary, which nobody does twice. Because it happens automatically the moment you add a word, your entire vocabulary stays organized without a minute of housekeeping, and every review session can be as targeted as you want it to be.
